2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories.

A) Audio (Microphone)

The app requests microphone access for the in-app talk/voice effect feature.
Voice recordings are created on-device in temporary storage so the app can play back a modified voice effect.
We do not intentionally send microphone recordings to our own servers.

B) User-Generated Content

If you draw/paint in the app, your drawings are stored locally on your device.
If you use share/export features, the selected drawing is shared only to destinations you choose (for example, another app or your photo gallery).

C) App Activity and Usage Data (Analytics)

The app uses Firebase Analytics to log app usage events (for example: screens viewed, game completions, session duration, selected content IDs, and ad-related app events).
This data helps us understand app performance and improve gameplay.

D) Advertising Data

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads (such as rewarded and interstitial ads).
Ad requests are configured as non-personalized in the app implementation, and child-directed / under-age-of-consent tagging is enabled.
Google and its partners may still process device/network metadata necessary for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement according to Google policies.

E) Local App Settings and Progress

The app stores preferences and gameplay progress locally on your device (for example: sound settings, hints, achievements, unlock timers, and best scores).

F) Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app may schedule local re-engagement reminders on your device.
These are local notifications; no account or push-token based backend is used by the app code.

G) Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect Through App Forms

We do not provide in-app account signup/login.
We do not request your name, email address, phone number, or home address inside app forms.

6. Data Retention

Local drawings, settings, and progress remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
Temporary audio/cache files may be removed automatically by the operating system over time.
Third-party analytics/ads data retention is controlled by the relevant provider policies.

Magic Coloring: Learn & Play is designed for children and families.

We do not require account creation.
We do not knowingly collect direct identifiers like name, email, or phone number through in-app forms.
Ads and consent behavior are configured for child-directed / under-age-of-consent treatment in-app.

Parents/guardians can manage permissions and app data from device settings.

8. Your Choices and Controls

You can:

deny or revoke microphone/notification/photo permissions in device settings,
delete saved drawings inside the app,

clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local device-stored data.
